Appointments and walk-ins, coordinated together

A reserved appointment and a place in a queue mean different things. Give your team a clear way to recognise both, without making customers explain their booking again at every desk.

Reserve the right service and time

Start with service duration, opening hours and available capacity. Offer a bookable time only when the service can accept it. Confirmation and booking-management steps help customers understand what they reserved and how to make a change. Email delivery depends on the notification setup for your location.

Turn arrival into a visible event

Booking alone should not mark someone as present. At arrival, check in the appointment and show its service status to the team. A walk-in joins the appropriate queue instead. Agree how early arrivals, late arrivals and missed appointments should be handled before your pilot begins.

Agree on the rules before automating

Decide who can call a customer, change a status or resolve an exception. Use the service workflow to make required steps clear to customers and staff. A shared queue does not by itself define appointment priority: review that policy and your capacity with us in the demo.
